anger can be very satisfying,
laughter can be very disturbing.
this hatred I can choose to keep or to let go.
I know I must let it go, but something inside me is holding it tight.
be kind and forgiving, You may say.
my spiritual self can forgive, but my mortal flesh can’t.
throw me into the darkest pit and teach me how, I beg You.

burn with anger
fill with hatred
crush the fools and weaklings

If you are pushed to be able to hate someone, then that someone simply doesn’t deserve your thought, including your hatred.
