Spring is on its way

Spring is on its way.
Seemingly dead trees will soon come back to life,
frozen water will soon flow again.
I, too, am returning from a long, tiring, journey,
but am I eager to start another ?

The great thing of seasons is that they are never the same.
“It’s spring again” you may say, but it is spring that replaces winter, and it is spring that will be replaced by summer.
It’s not about the coming back of spring, it’s about how the seasons are changing.
The question is, how long have your life remains unchanged, untouched by the changes that makes the coming of seasons worth celebrated.
