Yes, now is the time of the year again,
when we celebrate our Lord’s passion and resurrection.
Maybe the word ‘celebrate’ here is not so appropriate,
since the ‘resurrection’ only follows the ‘passion’.
How about ‘commemorate’ ?
still doesn’t sound right.
It’s the time when we remember and relive
what our Lord went through as a payoff of our wickedness.
Not by gold or silver, but by His blood that we may have life.
Slowly, I begin to realize
it is the most precious gift I can ever ask for.
I can choose to be indifferent and lose hope.
Or, I can choose to appreciate this gift called LIFE,
it takes time and perseverance, of course,
but the fruit will be a complete happiness.
Which one do you choose?
