So you think life’s a choice?

If I agree that everyone should be given a right to live, and then I say “I should have a right to terminate the life of an unborn child in my body“, am I not taking away my child’s right to live, hence, contradicting myself?
As I live, I can choose to live a healthy life and wish to live long, but everyone dies and I, too, will die eventually. Death comes whenever its time is due, and it won’t leave me with any choice to live.
If I agree that I have no more right to live when death comes, and then I say “I should have a right to die“, am I not playing an unfair game against death, and treating myself unfairly?
I consider the breath of life a gift, not a choice. It’s not mine. It’s not yours either. The beginning of my life and its ending are not under my control.
